ABA Business Center. The ABA Business Center is located in the Southern part of the Tirana
city center. It covers a catchments area among the American, Italian and Dutch Embassies,
and between the 5 –star Sheraton and Rogner Hotels.
The ABA Business Center is composed of 21 floors above the ground level and 3 underground
floors. ABA has a total space of 28,000 m² opened in June 2008. Its facilities feature 9,168 m²
of office space for lease starting from the 7th floor to the 17th floor where each floor is hosting
a maximum of 7 offices. The ABA Business Center host 5 floors of Retail units, food courts including a fine dinning restaurant on the 20th floor.
